Happy International Writers’ Day, 2020!

Celebrated since 1986, The International Writers’ Day has been proposed by the International Congress of PEN Club. Aiming to promote mutual support among writers from all over the world, this organization was formed of poets, essayists, and fictionists was founded in London in 1921 and it includes writers that approach every literary genre, from translators and journalists to historians.

Whether you’re an aspiring writer who has been trying to put their thoughts in words, or a published author, I hope you have a happy International Writers’ Day!

You’re babysitting your infant brother all by yourself when he speaks his first words. As he looks at the ceiling, he says in a thick foreign accent, “I don’t think I can handle this mission. I need more instructions!” There’s something unusual about that kid, but nobody believes you.
